Successful events are built on clear communication and timely decisions. We work closely with every client to establish a planning timeline that keeps things moving smoothly from start to finish. All required final decisions, approvals, and payments must be completed no later than TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE unless otherwise specified in the client's agreement. This allows JT Events the time needed to finalize event details, confirm vendors, complete schedules, arrange décor, organize logistics, finalize seating arrangements, and handle all remaining preparations — so your event day is everything you imagined.
